The conditions of participation for the competition, which are open to citizens of the Republic of Turkey and the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, are specified below.

General Requirements

1. Not being a partner, assistant or first degree relative of any of the jury members.
2. Not participating in any phase of the jury work.
3. Not having a first-degree relative of a person/persons working in the Association that opened the awards.
4. Not having a first-degree relative of a person/persons working in the Board of Administration and Supervision of the Association that opened the competition.
5. There is no age restriction for participants.
6. The condition of "originality" is expected for each project participating in the award. If a contrary situation is determined and approved by the majority of the jury members, the project in question and the other applications of the competitor/competitors who applied to the awards with this project will be excluded from the awards and their awards will be withdrawn.

The above-mentioned issues cover applicants for all product groups and categories.

Special Conditions for Undergraduate Student Categories

1. The competition is open to undergraduate students studying in the departments of architecture, interior architecture, landscape architecture, industrial product designs and urban and regional planning at the Architecture, Design, Fine Arts and Architecture - Engineering Faculties of domestic or foreign universities who are citizens of the Republic of Turkey or the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus.
2. It is possible to participate in the competition as a team. There can be up to 3 people in a team, there is no obligation to study in the same department. Groups can be formed on the condition of being a student in the departments mentioned above.  In group participation, it is necessary to designate a representative as the team representative.

Special Conditions for Professional Category

1. In the professional category, graduation at associate, undergraduate levels is required. The participant should not have any relationship with any educational institution in the Republic of Turkey, the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus or abroad at the associate degree, undergraduate level. It is obligatory to submit a graduation certificate as of the competition application deadline.
   
2. Those who are citizens of the Republic of Turkey or the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus and continue their graduate and doctoral education in universities at home or abroad can apply to the competition in the professional category.
   
3. It is possible to participate in the competition as a team. There can be up to 3 people in a team. In group participation, it is necessary to designate a representative as the team representative.
   
4. Being registered to a professional organization is not mandatory.  If they wish, they can submit official documents, proving that they are registered with professional organizations or owning any institution, and freelance working documents to the competition secretariat.
